Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above company on 30 October 2017 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 16 January 2012, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property, and all personal property in which we have rights, whether now or in the future.

The office of the receivers is c/- BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3144.
