Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Company Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 24 February 2017 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of TE KINGA FARMS LIMITED under the powers contained in the following instruments:

1. a general security agreement dated 5 June 2008 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future; and
2. a specific security agreement dated 5 June 2008 in relation to all present and after-acquired livestock, and produce of that livestock.
