Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Brendon James Gibson and Neale Jackson, hereby give notice that on 17 October 2017 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 21 May 2015.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertaking of the company.
