Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 9 October 2017 at 10.30am Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of FABRI-CELL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (in receivership).
