Notice is hereby given that on 2 October 2017, Colin Anthony Gower and Andrew James Grace, both accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 17 October 2016.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
