Paul Vlasic and Derek Ah Sam, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 26 September 2017 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of BOOST GROUP LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 19 September 2016 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired personal property in which the company has rights.
