Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 21 September 2017 Damien Grant, Steven Khov and Brenton Hunt were appointed receivers and managers of all of the property of CANSTRUCT LIMITED and CANSTRUCT INTERIORS LIMITED acting under powers conferred under the general security agreement dated 9 May 2017 and CANTERBURY JOINERY LIMITED acting under powers conferred under the general security agreement dated 22 April 2016.
