Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, on 20 September 2017, Lloyd James Hayward and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of AISLEWORX LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 13 November 2014 given by that company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
