Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

We, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, the receivership of this company ended on 20 September 2017 and we ceased to act as receivers and managers on this date.
