Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company on 10 September 2017 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 21 April 2016, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
