Notice of Receivers and Managers Ceasing to Act

We, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, the receivership of the above-named company ended on 31 January 2017 and that we ceased to act as receivers and managers on that date.

All future correspondence should be directed to the liquidators, Andrew Hawkes and Vivian Fatupaito, of KPMG.
