Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Companies’ Properties

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Paul Vlasic and Derek Ah Sam, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 31 January 2017 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the properties of ZEN ZONE LIMITED and STONE ZONE LIMITED, under the powers contained in the general security agreements dated 26 March 2015, in relation to all present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the companies have rights.
