Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, on 18 August 2017, Andrew John Grenfell and Conor John McElhinney, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of PODIUM PUBS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 14 June 2017.

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired property, including all personal property.
