Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 14 August 2017, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners, of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of WHITEMAN AGRICULTURAL CONTRACTING LIMITED under the terms of a general security agreement dated 26 January 2013.

The Property in Receivership is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
