Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Colin Anthony Gower and Andrew James Grace, of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 9 August 2017 under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holder a secured charge over all the assets of the company.
