Gregory Winfield Hall and Sam Andrew Marsden, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, of PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of RNZ PLANT LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 1 August 2017 under the terms of a security agreement dated 25 June 2004. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and future estate, right, title and interest in the below:
