Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed receiver and manager of the property of the above-named company on 4 August 2017 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 11 March 2015, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
