Notice is hereby given that on 28 July 2017, James Henry Greenway and Andrew James Bethell, chartered accountants and CAANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 10 September 2014.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
