Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from 24 July 2017 we, Kenneth Peter Brown and Paul Raymond Clark, have ceased to act as joint receivers and managers of specific property of TE HOKOTAHI TRANSPORT LIMITED (in receivership).

The receivers and managers were appointed in respect of the following assets:

2013 Kenworth T656 Cab and Chassis.

2013 Hunter Kraft Logging Trailer.
