Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 14 July 2017 Damien Grant and Steven Khov were appointed receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named companies, acting under powers conferred under the general security agreement dated 13 April 2017 (Nosh Group Limited) and the general security agreement dated 29 March 2017 (Mt Eden Food Co Limited).
