Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Grant Bruce Reynolds and Scott William Greer, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, hereby give notice on 4 July 2017 we were appointed receivers and managers of all of the present and after-acquired personal property of the company including intangible assets under the power contained in a general security agreement and purchase security agreements dated 30 June 2015.
