Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Neale Jackson and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on 30 June 2017 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the above-named companies pursuant to general security agreements dated 23 October 2014, 16 March 2017 and 18 February 2013 respectively.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertaking of the companies.
