Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Company Property

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 30 June 2017 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of P 4 PROJECTS LIMITED under the powers contained in the following instrument:

A general security agreement dated 18 December 2014 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.
