Notice is given that on 2 June 2017, Brent Mark Hempel and Michael Grant Higgins, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 1 February 2012.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s property and assets, and all present and after-acquired property.
