Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

John Fisk and David Bridgman, of PwC, were appointed joint and several receivers of BANKS GROUP LIMITED on 26 May 2017 under the terms of a security agreement dated 7 November 2002, following a request from the director of the company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
