Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Kenneth Peter Brown and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company on 18 January 2017 by the Bank of New Zealand, of all present and after-acquired property, and all personal property whether now or in the future of NEAT MOVIES LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated 30 June 2008.
