Notice is hereby given that on 15 May 2017, Andrew McKay and Andrew Bethell, both chartered accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the company under the terms of a general security agreement dated 19 August 2013.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
