Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 12 May 2017 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Althea Jane MacLean under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 4 September 2015 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property of Althea Jane MacLean, including that in which she has rights, whether now or in the future, except for any goods that are used or acquired for use solely for personal, domestic or household purposes
