Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to the Receiverships Act 1993

I, Barry White, hereby give notice that on 24 April 2017 I resign as receiver and manager of all property of COOK THE BOOKS 2008 LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).
