Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioner, was appointed as receiver and manager of RAY’S GYM LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on 5 April 2017 under the powers contained within security documentation dated 7 June 2013.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired personal property secured under the security document.
