Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Iain Andrew Nellies and Keith Vincent Harris, insolvency practitioners, hereby give notice that on 31 March 2017 we were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of CIT HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 23 January 2014.

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired property and all other property in which it has rights.
