Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

I, John Marshall Scutter, give notice that on 24 March 2017 I was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company, and of all present and after-acquired personal property of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 22 October 2015 and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 2 November 2015.
