Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 29 March 2017, Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed sole receiver and manager under the powers contained in the general security agreements dated 21 March 2014 and 14 August 2015 respectively, charging all of the present and after-acquired property of the above-named companies.
