Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 6 March 2016, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of HALL NZ LIMITED under the powers contained in a debenture/general security agreement dated 14 August 2008 given by that company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
