Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Kim Scott Thomson, of Hamilton, and Thomas Lee Rodewald, of Tauranga, both chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies on 27 February 2017 at 11.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 27 April 2017 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
