Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the shareholder on 27 February 2017 at 7.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 24 March 2017 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
