Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company, on 24 February 2017 at 5.15pm, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, and Matthew Peter Kemp, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held in the Auckland Conference Centre, Ground Floor, 12–16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland, on Wednesday 15 March 2017 commencing at 10.30am.

Business

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
3. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Creditors wishing to attend and vote in the upcoming meeting of creditors must have submitted their claim by Tuesday 14 March 2017 at 4.00pm.

The undersigned does hereby fix 11 April 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
