Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of DECK & DECK ACCOUNTANTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington on 21 February 2017 at 10.32am.

The liquidators have fixed 28 March 2017 as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
