Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company by the High Court at Hamilton on 20 February 2017 at 11.45am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 17 March 2017 as the last day on or before which creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
