Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of Crowe Horwath, Hastings, was appointed liquidator of INNISMORE HOLDINGS LIMITED on 16 February 2017 at 9.00am. The liquidation is voluntary.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 21 March 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
