Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist, replaced Stephen Rex Tietjens as liquidator of the above-named companies on 16 February 2017 at 8.15am.

The liquidator has fixed 23 March 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
