Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Christina Anne Boronski, chartered accountant of Martini Chartered Accountants Limited, have been appointed liquidator of the society by special resolutions of the members made under their rules on 12 September 2016 at 1.00pm and 5 December 2016 at 1.00pm and subsequently allowed by the Charities Commission on 11 January 2017.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of the society, I fix 23 March 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
