Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to resolutions of solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, on 19 December 2016 at 3.30pm, appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Kevin David Pitfield as joint and several liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 31 January 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
