Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Grant Stephen Jarrold, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of 187 CASHEL MANAGEMENT LIMITED at Christchurch on 19 December 2017 by special resolution of the shareholders at Christchurch on 19 December 2017 at 12.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidator urgently.

The liquidator has fixed 15 January 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
