Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 8 December 2017 and 13 December 2017, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 8 December 2017 at 12.20pm and 13 December 2017 at 3.00pm respectively. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 16 January 2017 and 31 January 2017 respectively.
