Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that, by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company passed in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 30 November 2017 at 8.00am.

I fix Friday 19 January 2018 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made. Failure to establish such priority will exclude a creditor from objecting to any distribution made before such priority is established.

I am advised this company sold its cable business and manufacturing activity during the 2016 year and that the liquidation will have no effect on the activities of an associated company, Ericsson Communications Limited.
