Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and Grant McQuoid, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of AMTEC ENGINEERING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 December 2017 at 10.23am.

We fix 31 January 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
