Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 7 December 2017 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that RAB LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Marie Hazleman, of Auckland, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
