Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 7 December 2017, it was resolved pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WHITBY CORPORATION LIMITED be liquidated and that Richard Bruce Hudson, of Hudson Taylor Chartered Accountants Limited, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 7 December 2017.

Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 19 January 2018 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish and priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, objecting to the distribution.

This liquidation is the liquidation of a solvent company.
