Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the company by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 February 2017 at 3.00pm.

Notice of No Meeting of Creditors

I propose to not call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

I fix 17 March 2017 as the date by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
